This recently renovated Finca is situated in the northwest part of Ibiza. The villa features six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a swimming pool, lush gardens, and a beach only 10 minutes by foot. There are 6 air-conditioning and heated bedrooms with WIFI and elegant design. The master bedroom consists of two rooms with garden and pool views. It has natural hues, a king bed, ceiling fan, dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. An outbuilding is built next to the main building. HEre you can find the remaining five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private entrance from the garden for privacy. One of the bedrooms has its own private terrace with access to a roof terrace offering extraordinary sea views. Another room features bunk beds, ideal for kids.
The vast property features a 3000 m2 garden with lush grass and lovely plants including cacti, Lucas, bougainvillea, laurel, vines, figs, and lavender that gently perfume the air. There are plenty of places to relax like hammocks, sofas, and beds. Fire up the BBQ to prepare delicious grilled meals to enjoy al fresco style in the sunset. Enjoy cocktails on the roof terrace to admire awe-inspiring views. Take a nap on the Balinese beds and sun loungers that surround the pool, and get some shade under the two large parasols. There are three bicycles, table tennis, table football, a basket, a jeux de boule field, and a gym to enjoy. For the safety of the little ones, the pool can be fenced.
In the main house you can enjoy a large living room on the ground floor, meticulously decorated with a high beamed ceiling, a fireplace, three couches, a chaise lounge overlooking the patio and fountain, a grand piano, and a dining table that can seat 12 guests. The rustic kitchen is filled with modern appliances so you can cook whatever your heart desires. It opens out to a patio, toilet, a gym, and a laundry room.
Bed linens, bath towels, and a final cleaning are included in your stay.
The idyllic villa is located in the residential area of Port Des Torrent which is in the northwestern part of Ibiza. Here you can find mountains, green nature, and awe-inspiring sunsets. Head to dreamy beaches like Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Cala Contra, and Port Des Torrent. San Antonio is the nearest town and is located only 8 km from the villa. Here you can find exceptional restaurants, bars, and shops to hunt for souvenirs. The vibrant Ibiza town is only 19 km away, and the airport is 17 km from the villa.
