4 Ibiza Old Town Restaurants to Check Out

Eating out is what you should be doing a lot on your holiday to Ibiza (or on any holiday for that matter)! Do you love Spanish food as we do? You just gotta love those tapas and vino. If you are staying in Ibiza Town, here are some must-visit Old Town Restaurants:

1. Plaza Del Sol

This is one of the most beloved restaurants in Dalt Vila (The Old Town of Ibiza Town). Plaza del Sol features a lovely sunny terrace overlooking the lively harbour. Not only is Plaza del Sol an excellent and very charming Mediterranean restaurant but it is also a meeting point and a perfect spot to take your friends. Munch on sharing plates made with fresh local ingredients from the season and pair them with the right Spanish wines. You’ll love it! Oh and the breakfast is pretty good, too!

Opens every day from 10 am – 12 am

2. Reart

This is the restaurant to go to for modern Spanish tapas. It is located in the old town, just outside of the busiest part in a residential lane. Simple yet innovative and served beautifully, Reart is packed with a fabulous mix of locals and holidayers. The motto of this restaurant is ‘eat to be happy’. The food is fresh and made with local, seasonal produce. On top of that, prices are very affordable.

Opens Monday to Saturay from 12 pm – 4 pm & 8 pm – 12 am

3. Passion

Passion is one of those lovely boho-chic eateries located in the heart of the old town of Ibiza. Passion is a cafe/restaurant everyone will love. They have a lot of plant-based options but they also cater great food for fish and meat lovers. Not to forget their coffee is excellent, too! Passion is located in the lively marina and it boasts wonderful views of Ibiza Town. The cafe is a meeting hub surrounded by greenery.

Opens every day from 9 am – 9 pm

4. S’Escalinata

Very inviting and charming, S’Escalinata boasts wonderful views and wonderful food. A lovely place to stop by for tapas any time of the day. You can chill out in the front of the restaurant on a bean bag in the shade of a parasol, watching the daily life in Palma go by. The staff is friendly and smiley. Prices are affordable.
