The Port Balansat, located in front of the beach of Port de Sant Miquel, has been serving delicious Mediterranean seafood cuisine since 1971. They specialize in rice dishes, fish and seafood, which you can enjoy in their charming alfresco dining area overlooking the sea.

Port Balansat’s most notable recipes include Ibizan fish stews like ‘Bullit de Peix’, fish in brine and fish stew – essential dishes from Ibiza’s traditional seafood repertoire. They take pride in using locally caught fresh fish and seafood which they cook in a variety of ways, including grilled, baked, salted and fried.

The lady who owns and runs this restaurant truly goes above and beyond to provide an excellent dining experience for all of her customers. The tuna tataki is so good, you’ll want to get two orders. The scorpionfish ceviche with its delicious marinade and croaker fish that’s beautifully cooked and presented on the plate are also must-trys.
