Sa Plana de Baix is a beautiful newly-built villa located right on the doorstep of Port des Torrent Beach and Cala Bassa. Offering four ensuite bedrooms, a private pool and sea views, Sa Plana de Baix is the definition of Ibizan comfort and luxury. All four bedrooms at Se Plana de Baix are fully air-conditioned and ensuite. Three of the bedrooms feature configurable beds which can be arranged either as two singles or a double bed meaning that you can arrange the bedrooms any way that you like to fit the unique needs for your group. The master suite is large and spacious with pops of tropical orange. The room boasts a large TV and a bed that can be configured either as two singles or a king-size. All of the other bedrooms are designed in as chic and contemporary a style as the master, with each its own unique colour scheme and wall art. All of the ensuite bathrooms are fitted with luxurious facilities with added extras of hairdryers and bathrobes to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

With white-washed walls and a glistening turquoise pool, Sa Plana de Baix offers the feeling of traditional Ibizan living crossed with the modern luxury that the island has become known for. The 12x5 metre salt-water swimming pool sits at the centre of the spacious pool deck, where guests can also relax on shaded sun loungers. To escape the afternoon heat, take a Siesta on the Balinese bed which is shaded beneath elegant white curtains. End the day with a barbecue or tapas at the chic al fresco dining table.
The interiors of Sa Plana de Baix are consistently designed with style and comfort in mind. The living room is the centrepiece of the house, adjoining the pool deck for the illusion of a seamless flow from the inside of the villa to the sunny gardens. With comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix, this is the perfect place to enjoy a movie night with the whole family. The kitchen is located behind the living room, but the SONOS sound system can extend between the two rooms, meaning that you can still take part in the family fun while cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances, including a built-in oven, stove, fridge-freezer, island counter and coffee machine.

Within walking distance of Port des Torrent Beach where you’ll find beach bars and restaurants, Se Plana de Baix is truly a paradise for sun-seekers. Outside of your immediate area, the whole of Ibiza is within reach by car or taxi. Renowned for its famous nightlife, the island also offers excellent dining, family activities and UNESCO world heritage sites, so there is something here for everyone to enjoy.
10/10The house is perfectly fine with all possible comfort: Sonos installation through the house, beautiful spacious rooms with each a separate bathroom and lots of closet space, beautiful living room inside and the pool area is wonderful to stay. Very functional kitchen with all necessities. The house is pure luxury and very quiet. Peter and Helena were super friendly and very communicative. An absolute must!! We were a group of mature friends but equally ideal for families with children/teenagers. The house is well located to do all kinds of excursions all over the island. We love to come back!! There was absolutely nothing against us. The beautiful swimming pool is not heated, so just remember when you jump in.

9.6/10Beautiful property situated on the outskirts of San Antoni. Very spacious and modern with great facilities. The pool is incredible and gets so warm from the sun. The villa has so much space and everything you could possibly need is available. However, it was slightly too far to walk to the main part of town.
