This recently refurbished home has bohemian elements in its interiors - chic and charming. All the rooms have a wonderful landscape view of the sea, so you can revel in the canvas of tangerine sunsets. There's a swimming pool and outdoor terraces to relax and enjoy the pleasant view some more. There’s easy access to the beach at just 2 km away from the home. There are three bedroomslined with sophisticated furniture. The rooms are on the same level offering lovely views of the azure pool and sea in the far distance. If you appreciate good interior decor, this villa won't disappoint. Rugs, pillows, wall mirrors, storage cabinets, and lamps, all elements are elegant. All three bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms in the home, one of them being a common one.
Casa Tanit's outdoors are as pretty as it's indoors. With ample space to sit and chill by the poolside, in the garden, or on its terraces, you can sunbathe as you please. The pool has some shaded areas and parasols with lounge chairs by the side. There is an outdoor shower too. Take a refreshing dip and relax at the panoramic sea views. The home is surrounded by a few palm trees, other plantations, and numerous other potted plants at the entrance, along with a great garden space. Floral shrubs line its walkway. The wide terrace and verandah have comfortable furniture to just lounge around all day.
Apart from its three bedrooms, Casa Tanit has a large living room, a kitchen, and a separate dining area as well. It was recently renovated to suit the modern needs of the guests. All the furniture is carefully picked from the best brands, giving the home its classy appeal. Besides, the fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, bbq, dishwasher, and a freezer to ensure a comfortable stay. The home is also equipped with an alarm system. There is a small safe in here too. During the peak season, Calo d'en Real is a privately secured community so be assured of a safe stay.
The villa has a washing machine, dryer, iPod docking, fireplace and a stereo system. There are other child-friendly facilities such as a baby chair and cot. We also provide bed linens, pool towels and final cleaning. There is a WiFi connection available in the home. The team at the villa can assist the guests with any service requests.
Calo d'en Real is a relatively quieter area that faces the sunset side. It is not too crowded which makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway. There is a supermarket and bakery within 500 mt of the home, and the Cala Vadella beach is 2 km away. It is 8 mins away from the spectacular surroundings of San Jose. There are a few desirable restaurants and boutique shops here. Ses Boques is a famous restaurant that serves fresh fish and is known for some lovely traditional family recipes. If you love arts and crafts, the local market “Mercat de Sant Josep” sits every Saturday. San Jose church is also a popular tourist attraction here. The villa is 16 km away from the main town of Ibiza and the airport.
