Villa Pepito

Pepito is a two-storeyed home, with its master bedroom on the first level and the other two bedrooms on the upper level. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; a bathtub in the master bathroom. While two of its bedrooms have a double bed, one room features two single beds. The villa accommodates a group of six. The tall French windows in every room encapsulate you in the mesmerizing views of its surroundings. Get your dose of Vitamin D as you wake to sunshine peeking through the windows.

The wide infinity pool that overlooks the valley and beach is the highlight of this lavish home. Partly covered in the shade of the terraces above, you can take a cool respite in the pool even during the day. The poolside is surrounded by a small lounge area with parasols and bean bags. There is a large verandah which can be the literal ‘chill-out’ spot. With direct access to the beach in close proximity, you can go for an evening walk on the shore. Outside the villa, there is comfortable sofa seating so think barbecues under the starry lit sky!

The interiors of this home sport a minimal aesthetic - whitewashed walls with a vibrant painting and house plants in a corner or two, it lets you enjoy the spaciousness. On the right side of the entrance, is a modular kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs. We have a coffee maker, and microwave oven as well. There’s a dining table for a capacity of eight. The lower level on the left has a lounge space. You can directly access the terrace above which has sunbeds and umbrellas put up. If you are accompanied by children, they will enjoy playing with some toys we have in this home. The villa is designed in a way that guests can make the most of the stunning views from everywhere , rooms, lounge or its open terrace.

Trained housekeeping staff will attend to you twice a week. They provide three hours of cleaning twice a week with a change of towels. The bed linen is changed once every week. The villa has a WiFi connection, you can comfortably work from here while staring into the beautiful sea waters. For families with kids, we have a baby cot and baby high chair. The other facilities here include BBQ equipment, wardrobe space, washing machine, iron, and ironing boards. We take care of your entertainment with a DVD player, Satellite TV, iPod dock and a stereo music system.
