There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the property. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and are fitted with twin beds that can either be used as a double or twin beds. The rooms have ample closet space and a makeup table with double French doors leading out to a sheltered terrace. The rooms share an Ibiza-style bathroom with a 2-person bath, rainshower, and double sink. Upstairs, you can find three bedrooms with box-spring beds and ensuite bathrooms. They all have access to the loggia balcony in the back of the villa, double fixed wardrobes, easy-action Dominica (home automation), one or two balconies, 4-light control panel next to the beds with an « all-out » button, and a 5-star hotel appearance. In the evenings the LED lighting with sensors dim automatically.
The lovely exteriors feature a large swimming pool, lush gardens, and ample parking staple to park several cars in a lockable area. The gate opens electronically with a remote control. A videophone installation with a camera and 24/7 camera system makes sure that you are safe and secure. Outside you can dine al fresco style around the dining table and cook delicious meals on the BBQ.
The serene interior includes a dining room that can seat ten guests, and two living rooms—both with a smart TV and underfloor heating and AC. A round tower room is a charming place to enjoy a drink and good conversation. Bowers @ Wilkins speakers and a Bluetooth sound system assures a wonderful auditory experience. Cook incredible meals in the semi-open kitchen which has all the modern appliances from Bosch that you need to cook whatever you desire. Head to the second floor to enjoy azure sea views.

The wonderful villa is nestled in the southwest part of Ibiza in a quiet residential area called Sa Carroca on a dead-end street. You will be between Ibiza Town and the stunning beaches of Les Salinas and Cala Jondal with popular beach clubs like Tropicana, Blue Marlin, and Yemanja. All hot spots can be reached in 5-10 minutes and you can easily reach supermarkets and coffee shops. The airport is only 5 km away.
