This rental villa is located at Puig d'en Valls, which is only 2 kilometers from Ibiza Town, but the neighborhood seems a world apart from busy city life. Villa Can Sage is a massive property with 6 bedrooms for 12 guests. It can be the perfect place for an annual reunion of friends or family. With the capacity to sleep so many guests, you can also host a destination wedding here. The location and setting will be perfect for this.
The main house has 4 bedrooms, spread over two floors. They all have double beds and every essential you want for a comfortable stay. In keeping with the surrounding landscape, the interior has an organic color palette. An annex guest house has the remaining two bedrooms, all with twin beds. There are 6 bathrooms with showers, bidets, and washbasins with modern faucets.
The outdoor area is massive. The swimming pool is framed between stone walls and has many loungers all around, both under shade and in the open. Swim to your heart’s content and relax on a lounger to get a tan. You will also find shaded pavilions with daybeds. The gentle mountain breeze coming through the trees may make you fall asleep. There are two small dining areas beside the pool.
A couple of other daybeds are placed further away in the garden, under the shade of tall trees. You can head to this part if you prefer more privacy or want solitude in nature. Steps away from the pool, there are two gazebos with pristine white sofas, outdoor dining tables, a barbecue, and a summer kitchen. There is even a television here. The entire area is surrounded by agricultural land. You can see a medieval fortress and Ibiza’s harbor.
The interior is truly enchanting. It has a farmhouse character with many original architectural elements of Ibiza. Sabina beams, stone walls, and traditional tiled flooring provide the classic timeless character of the island, while modern fittings and finishes make it comfortable for the guests. The calming ambiance makes the interior perfect for relaxation.
The main house and annex both have individual living rooms with armchairs and sofas. There is an antique chest of drawers. A rustic staircase takes you to the upper floor. One living room has a fireplace, a wide-screen television, and a sofa bed where an additional guest can sleep. The kitchen has many modern appliances, glasses, cups, and plates.
Villa Can Sage and all its facilities are available for the guests. Feel free to use the kitchen, dive into the pool, and fire up the BBQ. Dine outdoors or indoors. The bedrooms have safety boxes. There are sweet small touches like artistic stitching work on the pillows and cushions. The bathrooms have towels and toiletries.
