Welcome to Can Tro, a luxurious and exclusive five-bedroom rental property located in the heart of picturesque Ibiza. Once an olive mill, it has now been transformed into a beautiful home where 10 guests can enjoy a fantastic holiday with luxury and privacy. Can Tro has been transformed into an incredibly warm and homely villa that resembles a marriage of traditional Ibizan, Moroccan, and Balinese styles. Every corner of the house is aesthetically pleasing. You will find several modern amenities and facilities like air-conditioning, televisions, a DVD player, a swimming pool, safety boxes, a well-equipped kitchen, and more.
A major highlight of this rental villa is its huge 15,000 square meters outdoor area that comprises a fabulous garden and a private pool. The garden extends towards the distant horizon and the hills. It is so huge that you will take a while to fully explore the green space. The villa is only a block off the main road, but there is very little construction nearby. This makes it a green haven, an oasis of peace and tranquility.
Can Tro is a large villa with 5 bedrooms for 10 guests. Three of them have king beds with mosquito nets, while the others have twins. The first bedroom has a private entrance and a second door that opens to a hallway, after which you will find the kitchen and other common areas. You will find the second bedroom in this hallway. It is slightly bigger. Its unique feature is a curtain that separates this room from the rest of the house. But it is still very private, thanks to its layout.
The three others all have private entrances from the garden, which makes this house perfect for guests who want their private moments even when traveling and staying together. The master suite or the first bedroom comes with a bathroom where there is a bathtub. Guests staying in the others must share common bathrooms.
This lovely villa has a rural location. It is on a hill in the Can Tomas village and is surrounded by lush greenery. When you stay here, you will be surrounded by a gorgeous 15,000 square meter garden where you will see many tall trees, flowering plants, and Mediterranean greenery. There are plenty of oranges, lemons, grapefruits, pomegranates, melons, and figs, which make the garden a green oasis.
Many lounging areas are spread throughout the garden, both under the shade and open places where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the views A sunny terrace has a private swimming pool with Balinese sun loungers and straw umbrellas. It also has an outdoor dining table on one side.
This luxury property has a modern décor. But it still manages to retain its traditional finca features. The addition of Balinese and Moroccan features provides an exotic feel. The living room is fabulously decorated with an L-shaped sofa, a rustic coffee table, an earthen chandelier, and a small library. There is a second sofa as well in another corner.
The dining area is in the same room. It has a farm-style table for all the guests. The kitchen is in another room. It has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and breakfast table.
Music flows through the villa through a SONOS system. There is a television for your entertainment and outside there is a wonderful play zone for the kids with a slip, tree house, and other fun features. The private pool can be heated for only 500 euros per week. It has a fence for child safety. Can Tro has a housekeeping team that will thoroughly clean the property before your arrival and once a week.
Can Tro has a central location in the west end of Ibiza Island, which is great because you will be able to reach several beaches easily. It is halfway between San Rafael and San Antonio and even Ibiza Town can be reached quickly. The city of Sant Antoni de Portmany has a nice harbor area, many cafes, and restaurants. It is hardly a 10-minute drive from your villa.
