Villa Canoren

The house has 4 bedrooms, all with large double beds and high-quality mattresses much like the ones you find in star-quality resorts. Up to 8 guests can sleep easily in this residence. There are wardrobes, bedside tables, chairs, televisions, and makeup mirrors. The master suite, which is on the upper level, has a walk-in closet with hangers. The whitewashed walls are decorated with photos. A minimalist décor keeps the space uncluttered, providing more space.

The bedrooms are spread over two floors with one on the upper level opening to a huge sun terrace. The ground-floor bedrooms provide easy access to the pool, garden, and common areas. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Additionally, there is also a toilet.

The 3,000-square-meter plot is completely fenced for your security and privacy. Within the estate, you will find many trees, flowering plants, shrubs, and bougainvilleas adding a splash of color. Guests love to gather around the private swimming pool, which is at the backside. It is a large pool with a shallow end and steps leading down gently into the water. Several loungers are placed on the poolside deck under pergolas. You can also move them to a sunny spot if you want.

There is also a shaded gazebo with a daybed and cushions. You can catch a quick nap here, dozing off to the gentle mountain air. A verandah has an outdoor dining table and a sofa. It also has a barbecue and a sound system for your entertainment.

On entering the home, you will first see the dining area, which has an elegant wooden table with eight chairs for the entire family. The living room to the left has a deep-cushioned sofa, a television, a DVD player, and a fireplace. Make the most of your indoor time here by watching a movie or simply having a chat with your family or friends. Large windows provide views of the terrace, garden, and the pool.

The kitchen is to the right. It has a double-door refrigerator, many appliances, utensils, and a second dining table. Then there is the utility room with the washing machine and a storage space. On the first-floor landing, you will find a second lounging space.

Villa Can Lloren is fully equipped and ready to accept guests. The entire property is fenced. The bedrooms have safes and the bathrooms have towels and basic toiletries. The house also has a fire alarm. You will find a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The house allows pets, except dangerous dog breeds. The cost of air-conditioning, final cleaning, and tourist tax are all included.
