Guests can have their pick from the selection of bedding configuration in the rooms, namely king-size bed, double bed, and twin bedding, while 4 of the rooms are equipped with their own ensuite bathrooms and the remaining 2 sharing a bathroom with shower amenities and double sinks. The bathrooms are delightful too with their mosaic or terrazzo walls, and natural wood fixtures installed.

Outside the villa, the splendid grounds are built over 10,000 sq metres of land designed with a comprehensive and interesting number of amenities that kick off with the supersized swimming pool measuring 14m X 6m in the heart of a verdant garden that thrives not just with plants and trees, but also beautiful lounge spaces for guests’ total relaxation. There is also a Jacuzzi with a slide, a pool house with handmade couches, an outdoor shower facility, and surrounded by olive groves and fig trees. The terrace or verandah also host the double covered daybeds under the shelter of a pergola-like structure, as well as the alfresco dining space that appears to be one of the main highlights for guests, along with a barbeque station to grill their meals and socialise the night away.

One of the most unique highlights at Villa Las Cicadas is its living barn that has been luxuriously renovated and is used as the summertime living room. With tasteful decor that renders an upmarket interior, guests will be impressed by the rustic natural stone-stylised atmosphere, accentuated by the high vaulted ceilings with wooden beams. Consisting of an open-plan dining area for all 12 pax and a lounge space fitted with leather couches, it also has a formal living room that connects to the bedrooms and this itself is close to 500 years of age! The exquisite interiors are characterised by vermillion tufted sofas, terracotta floor tiles, indoor plants, books, and a selection of well-appointed artworks. Contemporary amenities from a flat-screen television and Apple TV to the industrial-sized appliances in the professional well-equipped kitchen and coffee maker and dishwasher make up everything that guests ever need for their dream vacation home.
