There are 6 cozy bedrooms on the property. The first room is fitted with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom can be found on the same floor and also has an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, you can find the master bedroom that has access to a roof terrace and a delightful outdoor bathtub. The remaining bedrooms are below the pool with private entrances, ideal for groups that want extra privacy. These three rooms have ensuite bathrooms. All the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind.
There are multiple delightful outdoor spaces to enjoy with your loved ones and a large pool that can be heated surrounded by sun loungers and day beds. Enjoy sunset cocktails around the covered coffee table area that overlooks the pool. Play a game of tennis on the large private tennis court or fire up the BBQ to prepare delicious grilled meals. There is also an outdoor kitchen where you can recruit your loved ones to chop vegetables. The grounds are enclosed and have an alarm system. There is a Bose music system inside and outside for excellent auditory experiences. There is a shallow area in the pool for the children to play under supervision.
The luxurious indoors feature an open-plan layout with a spacious living room with a fireplace, WIFI and soothing pool views. A TV area has cozy couches to sink into for movie nights. Cook delicious meals in the large kitchen that has unique wooden elements and everything you may need to cook. A washing machine and dryer lets you do your laundry and the villa has AC and central heating.
The villa is cleaned six times per week for two hours per day and a chef and shopping service can be requested.
The villa’s prime location is in the gorgeous Cala Jondal which is a trendy beach surrounded by pine trees and popular with boat owners. There are three exceptional restaurants to try like the renowned Blue Marlin, Tropicana, and Yemanja. You can also have cocktails brought out to your boat. The closest supermarket is 7.5 km away, Ibiza town 10 km, the airport is 6 km, and the beach is 2.7 km away.
10/10Very nice villa with fantastic views. It is almost impossible to use all the beautiful corners of the house. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The pool has a part with low water, our 3-year-old grandchild played there the entire holiday, afterwards this turned out to be a winner. Beach bars and restaurants in close proximity.
