Villa Can Rana Real, is a modernly styled 5-bedroom villa, located at a strategic point in Ibiza, near to the town and just 15 mins from the airport. This home offers you solitude as it welcomes you with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool is set amidst the quaint village of Jesús. With spacious interiors, lovely outdoors, and picturesque views from its terrace, this villa is ideal to spend some quiet relaxing moments with your family. If you look for a peaceful vibe within the party town, Can Rana Real is accessible within a 5-mins drive from the main town of Ibiza.
One of the highlights of this home is that each bedroom is designed differently. One bedroom has an attached terrace, another one offers direct access to the pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The second bedroom comes with an attached terrace and the washroom for this room is across the same floor. The third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom serves easy access to the pool. Directly alongside the pool, you have to reach it from the outside.
The remaining two ensuite rooms are part of a guest cottage and are just as comfortable, with double beds. All the rooms have a TV, AC, and a steady connection to the WiFi. The villa can easily accommodate a group of 10 people.
Can Rana Real has a spacious outdoor area with a large pool, lush lawns and a verandah lined with pink bougainvillea shrubs. Sun loungers by the poolside lawn or cushioned bucket chairs on the verandah, there are enough shaded seating areas. The lovely garden space has amenities like a BBQ setup and table tennis. The terrace offers picturesque views of the surroundings. There are two bean bags and a patio umbrella up here. There’s a private driveway to get to the villa that leads to a parking space. It can comfortably accommodate four cars.
Villa Can Rana Real has easy-breezy spacious interiors, with a large living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The terracotta floor tilings and exposed wooden beams resonate with a feel of traditional Finca. The living room is designed on a slightly lower level and has large comfortable sofas for everyone to sit together, watch TV or strike up conversations by the fireplace. The big windows facing the gardens keep it well-lit during the day.
There’s a section between the living room and dining room that has a hookah setup, so it's a perfect spot to chill out with your friends. There is also an outdoor gazebo with chairs and a table, that can be used for outdoor dining or a hookah session. The kitchen adjoining the living room has access to this outdoor dining space. The large window by the staircase of this villa, ensures a bit of outside beauty accompanies you on the inside.
The villa has a washing machine, DVD player, fireplace, BBQ equipment and a music system as good as the Sonos system. Some child-friendly provisions such as a baby high chair and baby cot are available. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave oven, and a toaster. There are hookah pots in the home. We provide bed linens, bath towels, and final cleaning. There is a WiFi connection available in the home. There is parking space available for 4 cars. The concierge team can assist the guests with any other service requests.
Villa Can Rana Real is located within the village of Jesús, a secluded town in the outer suburbs of Ibiza. But it has its own vibrancy with a delightful cafe culture and fashion boutiques. If you want to indulge in local dishes, you should Bon Lloc, one of the oldest restaurants in Ibiza, famous for its traditional tapas. The main street is buzzing with shops, restaurants and bars, perfect to indulge in some al fresco dining.
The S'Estanyol cove beach is a must-visit if you love serene beaches without the tourist crowds. Talamanca is another popular beach a short distance from the villa. To experience the nightlife of Ibiza, you can visit Pacha, an iconic nightclub that presents a mix of fun, glam, and heritage in authentic Ibiza style.
