The property includes a main house and two seperate apartments, perfect for groups and families that want extra privacy. The perfectly pruned gardens have several terraces and two large private swimming pools.
There are 5 bright, air-conditioned bedrooms on the property. Three of the rooms are fitted with king size beds—two with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and the third with a seperate shower. The first apartment features a living room with a fireplace and music equipment, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The second apartment features a living room with a fireplace, a satellite TV, a luxurious kitchen, and a bedroom and bathroom with a shower.

The gorgeous exteriors feature greenery at the back of the villa and the azure sea in the front. There are two swimming pools of 8 x 4 m and 12 x 4 m to enjoy. You can relax in multiple chill out areas, on the covered terraces, sun loungers or dine al fresco style around the dining table for ten. Cook grilled meals on the BBQ to impress your loved ones. The last part of the drive to the house is steep and has gravel, so low cars like sports cars are not recommended.
The chic and elegant interiors will delight you with a bright living room offering incredible views to es Vedra. It’s adjacent to the refined dining room that has charming exposed beams in the ceiling and a large dining table for ten guests. Here you can admire sea views as well. A TV lounge area with satellite TV, a fireplace and WIFI is the perfect place to end the day and relax. In the kitchen you can find luxurious appliances and everything you need to cook a decadent meal. As the main house is self-sufficient with solar panels, there is no air-conditioning in the house as it consumes too much power. But as the villa is perched on a hill, there is always a fresh breeze to cool you down, and there has never been any complaints about the heat. The bedrooms do have AC.
The villa is cleaned twice a week for two hours, and a final cleaning is included.
