Finca Utopia can comfortably accommodate eighteen guests in its nine spacious bedrooms. Four of the suites are located on the main Finca’s first-floor level. They all have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with a shower or a tub, and balconies with different views. One bedroom on this floor features a living area with big arched windows allowing guests to enjoy a breathtaking view.
The Finca’s ground level features two more bedrooms both with private entrances, king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms. The seventh bedroom is on the two-floor tower with a king-size circular bed, a lounge, and a private rooftop terrace. The remaining two suites are inside the casita(40m away from the main Finca), and they also boast king-size double beds, bathrooms with bathtub and showers, and each have direct access to a private garden with open-air showers.

Finca Utopia offers ample outdoor relaxing areas. With every suite featuring a private terrace and several furnished sun terraces around the pool, guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor adventures. A large pool at the center of the garden invites you to take a dip while several sun loungers around it await those sun-basking moments. The Finca also has another smaller pool for the children with several chill-out areas. One large terrace of about 110sqm is set aside for alfresco dining and there is also a children’s playground area for more fun.
Finca Utopia has several living places. The main lounge is in the main Finca. Here all guests can fit in well to relax on a big sofa or enjoy dinner around a big dining table with 18 chairs. The open-plan living room boasts a high ceiling and a unique corner with a crystal-flowing water feature. The next lounge is inside the tower structure, while the last is in the main Finca’s master bedroom. Finca Utopia also boasts a massage room on the main Finca’s ground floor with private access, a shower, and a changing room.
