Villa Xamena

Villa Xamena is a large 5-bedroom home for 10 guests. The ground-floor bedrooms have individual glass sliding doors opening directly to the sunny terrace – so you will have a private entrance and exit. The first-floor bedrooms have huge ceiling-to-floor French windows that offer views of the surrounding hilly landscape and sea. For easy access – stay on the ground floor. For better views – select a first-floor bedroom.

Four of the five bedrooms have double beds. The fifth has twins. They feature whitewashed walls and a simple, modern décor. Additionally, an extra guest can sleep in a large sofa bed. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with ensuite floor-heated bathrooms. The house has a separate toilet on the ground floor with the common areas.

A stunning 3,400 square meter Mediterranean garden surrounds this luxury villa. This garden blends with the surrounding wooden hill. You will see many tall trees and native plants of the island. Colorful bougainvilleas add variety. Passages and stairs meander through the hilly landscape, taking you to various cozy sea and hill-facing corners, all with lounging areas. Some of them are cut on the hill, while the others have loungers under pergolas. Bask under the sun or relax under the shade with a book. Life can be so laid-back and relaxing.

The central terrace is a gem. It has a large infinity pool facing the sea. It spills over the side of the hill and overlooks Benirras Beach, which is one of the most iconic beaches in Ibiza. There is a hot tub on one side. On the other side, you will find two outdoor dining tables for those fabulous alfresco Mediterranean meals under the sun. There is also a sofa area under the shade. On the ground floor, you will find a huge open-space sitting room with sofas, recliners, coffee tables, and a television. The dining area is on a raised platform. It features a table with six chairs. A door from here provides easy access to the garden. The massive kitchen has everything you need to cook your holiday meals.

On the upper floor, there is an impressive library with many books and also an office space with internet. This floor has patios and terraces overlooking the hills and the sea.

The house has central heating. Each room is also separately air-conditioned. There are four televisions, a Bose wireless music system, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The washing area of Villa Xamena has a boiler room and a washing machine. You can ask for a babysitter, a massage therapist, and a professional chef if you are not in the mood for cooking. Airport transfer can also be arranged.
