Villa Pep Toni

The four bedrooms at Villa Pep Toni are all air-conditioned and decorated with a minimalist simplicity that allows light from the outside to seep in, giving the spaces a feeling of brightness and airiness. From the comfort of their own bedsheets, visitors can pull back the curtains and enjoy fresh air and beautiful ocean views.

The master bedroom of the house is equipped with a double bed, a patio, and an en suite bathroom, it’s located on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are all double bedrooms and are located on the ground level.

For your safety and privacy, the villa is fenced and surrounded by large trees. The exterior of Villa Pep Toni consists of a nice grassy lawn with a view of the sea on the first floor terrace where visitors can relax on the loungers scattered all around. Due to its strategic location near by the beach, visitors can easily walk to nearest beaches in a matter of minutes. There is also a terrace on the upper floor where guests may enjoy views of the sea.

The private pool at Villa Pep Toni is 7 m by 4.5 m in size. There are daybeds, sun loungers, an eight-person dining area, and a charcoal BBQ.

Visitors will experience cozy and airy emotions throughout the house, which are enhanced by glass windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that let the outside and beautiful scenery in. Bright color sofas and couches are in the living room, and guests may access the adjacent dining room, which is furnished with wooden dining chairs and a table that seats up to 6-8 people. The kitchen area is cozy and equipped with all the modern conveniences needed to prepare delicious meals and drinks while you're there.

With afireplace, TV, wifi, and access to a spacious patio with a sofa and sunbeds, the lounge offers stunning views of the sea and the setting sun over the city of Ibiza.

Scheduled cleaning (every 7 days, change of sheets & towels), WIFI, TV with satellite channels, and audio system is available in the property. And for families who come with the little ones, the villa provides a baby cot and high chair.
