A restful night's sleep is guaranteed in the double room thanks to its simple decor and plush double bed. Additionally, it includes a luxuriously constructed, roomy en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and top-of-the-line vanities.
The layout of bedrooms are all the same. They are equipped with double beds and they are both equally tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms of the property, which is all on one level, each feature air conditioning.

The villa's one-floor layout makes it easy to take use of the outdoors. The spacious private pool in the center is inviting, and the grassy lawn adjacent to it is a fantastic spot for a picnic at any time of the day. There are two shaded dining places outside. One with a six-person dining table and a charcoal or wood BBQ constructed out of bricks. The well-kept gardens have a fish pond and large palm trees.
A comfortable stay is guaranteed by the entrance, which leads into spacious open areas with a modern minimalist style and top-of-the-line services. The entire house has air conditioning for your comfort. On the incredibly soft and comfortable sofa, watch some movies, and get warmed up by the fireplace when it’s cold out there. Eight kilometers distant is the traditional village of Santa Gertrudis, which has a church and a church square with a mix of traditional and modern restaurants.
Five kilometers away from the house is San Rafael, where you can find a variety of fantastic eateries, including more modern (El Clodenis) and more traditional (Can Pilot) eateries as well as straightforward pizzerias (Es Tanco).
Ibiza Town can be reached from San Rafael in just ten minutes by car.
