Villa Can Jaume

Fully air-conditioned, the house has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has a single. So, the villa can sleep up to 5 guests. One of the double bedrooms has an attached bathroom. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a tub and the second with a walk-in shower. Additionally, you will also find a toilet outside, beside the pool.

The three bedrooms all come with large wardrobes, study tables, makeup mirrors, and bedside tables with reading lamps. One bedroom has a ceiling-to-floor sliding glass door opening to the lawn. The second has a similar door but it opens to a private terrace with a seating area overlooking tall trees and distant mountains. The single bedroom is very cozy. It has a chest of drawers.

Villa Can Jaume was once a summer house meant for outdoor living. Even now, its outdoor area will thrill you. Read a book in the shade of a carob tree, enjoy an alfresco lunch or dinner by moonlight, and let the children play and have fun in the garden. The house is surrounded by many tall trees, which will give you complete privacy. It also has a high wall, securing the estate from the surrounding country houses. The fields around the villa are farmed. You will see animals grazing. This is typical countryside living.

Enjoy the cool and refreshing water of the private swimming pool anytime you want. You can relax on a sunbed by the pool when you are not swimming and get a tan in the daytime. Sunbeds are also placed in the garden under the shade of trees. Steps away from the pool, you will see a shaded pavilion with a dining table and sofa. There is also a BBQ.

The indoor area measures 160 square meters. The living room, only a few steps from the pool, has two sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a television. You can spend your evenings here in the loving company of your family or friends. Exchange your travel photos. Plan what to see and do in Ibiza. See a movie together.

There is a glass-top dining table for four. The kitchen is massive. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine. Separately, you will also find a washing machine.

Can Jaume is a self-service home but you will find everything you need for your island vacation. It will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. The towels and linen will be changed every four days. The cost of housekeeping and air conditioning are included with your stay. Tourist tax is also included. One bathroom has a hair dryer. The swimming pool and barbecue are ready for use.
